Accommodation for all CLIC Summer Workshop participants will be at De Neve Plaza on the UCLA campus. All accommodations include rooms, breakfast, and dinner.
Rooms
During registration for the Summer Workshop, participants will choose between single and double accommodation options. All De Neve Plaza rooms feature air conditioning. Single and double rooms include private bathrooms. Room rates and availability is on a first-come first-served basis.
Standard check-in time is 4pm for all accommodations. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals as individual rooms become available. A room key will be provided that will allow access into both sleeping facilities and dining rooms. Standard check-out time is 11am and room keys must be returned to the Front Desk upon departure. Late check-out without prior Front Desk approval or absence of a check out at the Front Desk will result in charges for an additional night’s and/or nights’ room stay. There will be a charge for each lost or unreturned key of $10.00 for each non-returned electronic key and $60.00 for each non-returned metal key.
Breakfast and dinner
Meals are served all you-care-to-eat at De Neve Plaza dining halls and all food and beverages must be consumed in the dining room.
Pets
No animals, except guide dogs for the visually impaired or documented service animals, are permitted in the residential facilities.
Check-in & Check-out obligations
All participants must check-in on August the 4th and check-out August the 24th. Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am for all accommodations.
