We are excited to announce the Professional Training Summer 2020 Workshops in Language, Culture, and Interaction, to be held at the University of California, Los Angeles. The CLIC summer workshop series explores ways to analyze language use in social interaction and how social interactional and usage-based approaches to language can be applied to language teaching and learning. This workshop is intended for scholars from outside the US who are looking to improve their English, understand the US Higher Education system, and improve their skills in studying social interaction.
The program will be held from July 20-August 7, 2020, and is organized by Professors Tanya Stivers and Hongyin Tao.
