The UCLA Guest House
Invited speakers are offered accommodation at the on-campus UCLA Guest House. Please contact the CLIC Coordinator (clic@ucla.edu) to inquire about parking. Accommodation and parking are charged directly to CLIC, so there is no payment-reimbursement process.

Arrival and Departure:
Guests may check in any time after 3 p.m. The registration
desk is open 24 hours a day for late arrivals. Please alert
the CLIC Coordinator if you anticipate arriving later than
2 a.m. Guests must check-out prior to noon. Luggage can
be held beyond check-out time.

If you wish to stay at the UCLA Guest House for additional nights, the CLIC Coordinator can request that your room be held for your purchase. If you plan to stay with friends or relatives during all or part of your visit, please contact the CLIC Coordinator at least two weeks prior to travel.
